How long will it take for my order to ship?

Packing time can take up to five days because I am a full-time college student. When your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation. After five days at the latest, I will ship out your order through USPS ground advantage. I request that you please be patient. Mail can get lost and does take time to process. If you are concerned about your order, please contact me with your name and order number.

What is my return policy?

After the package has shipped, I will not be taking returns.

Why is the shipping $5 flat?

Well, shipping is more than just how much it costs to move the package, it also entails the package itself. What do I mean by this? In order to pack everyone’s orders, I need a rigid mailer to put the goodies in, protective packaging, a packing slip, and a thanks you card with possible freebies… All of this tends to add up, hence the flat rate for shipping. Thanks for understanding :)

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Please contact me with proof of damage through my email. (This can be found at the bottom of every page.) I will then assess the damage, and you can either request a refund or I can send a replacement item.
